This Privacy Policy explains how Infinity Blocks ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use the App. The App is developed and published by Antonio Loggia ("the Developer").
By using Infinity Blocks, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
The Developer does not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information (PII) about you on its own servers. The App does not require account creation, login, or registration.
All game progress (high scores, unlocked skins, settings) is stored locally on your device using Apple's standard storage mechanisms.

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the App. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the Apple IDFA), IP address, app interactions, and other diagnostic data to deliver personalized or non-personalized advertising.
You can manage your ad preferences in the App's consent dialog (shown on first launch in compliance with GDPR / EU regulations) or by changing "Allow Apps to Request to Track" in your iOS Settings.

We use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain user consent in compliance with GDPR and other privacy regulations. UMP does not collect personal information itself but manages your consent choices.
The App integrates with Apple Game Center to provide leaderboards. When you sign in to Game Center, Apple may process your nickname and gameplay data according to Apple's Privacy Policy.

In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple's StoreKit framework. The Developer does not receive your payment details. Apple processes transactions according to its own Privacy Policy.
Infinity Blocks is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe that a child has provided data through this App, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

The Developer retains no personal data. Locally stored game data remains on your device until you delete the App or reset your data via the "Reset All" option in the App's settings.
